Our office staff is available for scheduling appointments from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, EST. Calls after business hours are forwarded to voicemail and are monitored regularly.
For your convenience, we offer a few different methods for scheduling clients.
First, you may call our office at 888.290.4270 during business hours and ask for scheduling.
Next, you may download and print our new account form (for setting up a new client) and/or our registered client schedule form (for scheduling your new or registered client's trips), or a pdf file containing both forms and send the completed forms to us by fax during business hours at 248.569.4445.
Last, you may send an email message to firstname.lastname@example.org with all of the information that is requested in our scheduling forms.
Please keep in mind that we normally require at least 24 hours advance notice during business hours for scheduling, and schedule requests by email should be sent with at least 48 hour advance notice during business hours.
We are, however, known for our ability to come through for our customers when they are in a bind. We often can work in same day appointments for new or established clients. If you're in a bind with an appointment that you weren't expecting, give us a call! We'll do everything we can to work it in.
We use a customized computer database in our scheduling. Appointments may be scheduled as far in advance as necessary.
